Though I received my certification in Hypnotherapy and am a 2nd degree Reiki practitioner, I’ve chosen for the time to use these tools on a more personal level. However, I believe very strongly in their positive potential for shifting mindset, emotional and physical states, and recommend two practitioners with whom I’ve had excellent experiences. Jayni is the person who first introduced me to Hypnotherapy and is a gifted and dear friend. Jennifer is my Reiki teacher, whom I immediately fell in love with upon discovering her YouTube channel and her unique background and style. They are both masterfully soothing, and very wise, compassionate, good-humored people:
