My latest deck project, Stones to Stars, is a 5”x7” 44 card set, including illustrations of stones/gemstones, the four elements, the chakra system, constellations, plants, quotations and references to the links between astrology and herbalism. It provides a tool for reflection, speculation on the meanings and the interconnections between each component; life on Earth & beyond! After completing the cards, I cut them up and created three physical 24”x36” collages of the stone, plant and star elements. The collages were donated to an auction for Venice Family Clinic.
