Four Directions of Native Flora and Fauna has been printed through Amazon Kindle Direct, and can now be purchased there!

Originally meant to be a year-long project with one page spread per week completed (52 total, like a deck of playing cards: four suites, seasons, directions, elements, and category of animal…bird, insect, reptile/amphibian, mammal). It contains the plant/animal symbolism and astrological associations, amongst other basic information. I ended up finishing it in 9 months. I’m very happy to share it on the eve of Summer Solstice, 2026!

This was a project to educate myself more about the importance of supporting and increasing native flora and fauna for the health of the environment, and to learn more about what plants and animals are actually native to the different regions of the United States. I hope this book, which only scratches the surface of the topic and plant/animal life, celebrates their beauty and spirits, and inspires others to learn more about them, too.
